They have people following you around which ruins the shopping experience. What exactly is one girl gonna do to stop thieves? Watch the cameras and and ban ppl if you suspect of stealing. I will not be returning and I encourage others to NOT support this business. Spend your money elsewhere. Convienence isn’t always a good thing. Shop elsewhere

I stopped by Lucky Beauty Supply recently and had a great experience overall. The store carries a solid variety of beauty products — from haircare and styling tools to cosmetics and accessories — so it was easy to find exactly what I was looking for without having to visit multiple places. The prices feel fair for the selection they offer, and they had some items that other local shops didn’t have in stock, which was a big win for me. They were vey courteous and willing to help when I asked. There is no pressure or hovering while you figure out what you need.
Honestly hate that this is the only beauty supply walking distance in my area. I’m a familiar face and still get treated like a random booster. They follow everyone around the store making it uncomfortable to shop. Today I asked the Asian lady at the register for an extra bag being that my purchase was a bit much and she flat out told me no. For a paper bag.. the energy in there is always so dull and dark. 0/10
Concern Regarding Unfair Treatment at Your beauty supply Store I am writing to address a deeply troubling experience my family and I have had at your beauty supply store, which I believe requires your immediate attention. Having lived in this community for many years, my children and I have become well-known and familiar faces to our neighbors and local businesses, including yours. I frequently visit your store for hair supplies, as it serves our community, and I had always hoped for a positive and respectful shopping experience. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. Recently, my child, accompanied by her sister, visited your store to purchase edge control. They entered, shopped, and left without any issues. However, weeks later, when I visited alone, I was informed by one of your staff members a short woman of Hispanic descent that my daughter had been accused of stealing. She insisted that there was video evidence of my child stealing, which I immediately requested to see. Upon reviewing the video, it was clear that my daughter was simply at the counter, playing with bracelets while waiting for me to add funds to her bank card to complete her purchase. One bracelet fell on the counter, and the staff member instructed her to put it back, which she promptly did. There was no indication in the video that my daughter attempted to steal anything. Repeated reviews of the footage only confirmed that she was not involved in any wrongdoing, yet she was still accused unjustly. This baseless accusation is not only insulting but constitutes defamation of her character, especially as it occurred in front of other customers. My child is not a thief and should not be treated as such. If she had taken anything without permission at any time, I would have ensured she made amends by repaying with her savings and apologizing to your staff. That has never been necessary because she has never stolen. I find it difficult to comprehend such poor business practice and lack of professionalism. Your store’s success depends on the community’s support and trust. Treating your customers, especially regular members of the community, with respect and care is fundamental to maintaining a prosperous business. Accusations like these drive customers away and harm your store’s reputation. I urge you to consider how your current approach could negatively impact your business in the long term. I hope you will take this matter seriously and take steps to ensure that neither my family nor any other customers face such discomfort and unfair treatment in the future. Thank you for your attention to this important issue.
